Lockport New Beginnings' mission is the eradication of chemical dependency (drugs & alcohol) from their community. They are a not-for-profit, 501(c) (3) organization established in 1994 by Carsee Herring located in Lockport, New York providing services to people from all parts of Niagara County.
Lockport New Beginnings was in need of a website showcasing their mission, history, programs & events and available ways to help.
