The Birkett Mills is one of the world's largest manufacturers of Buckwheat products. Established in 1797, they have over 200 years of buckwheat, soft white wheat, and custom grain milling experience. The Birkett Mills usually operates 16 hours a day, five days a week. In the early fall, its busiest season, the factory is producing 24 hours a day. Throughout the year, finished products are shipped across the United States, Canada and Western Europe. Truevine crafted them a new web site with a traditional and hearty "feel", mimicking those very same traits of the company.
